The Gondella Team Property Management Division is operated by Kathy Gondella. Kathy comes with eighteen years of property management experience in the Valley. She has extensive knowledge of The Tenant Landlord Act and Arizona Real Estate laws. She possesses both an Arizona Real Estate License and a Bachelor’s Degree in communications and sociology from Arizona State University. Kathy comes highly recommended for her ability to utilize the experience and knowledge in the property management industry to benefit the clients she has done business with in the past as well as clients she continues to do business with today.
